im still chasing down reps at stubhub every single day and the lack of response is getting really frustrating. just know i havent forgotten about our tickets and im keeping the pressure on them until they decide to talk to us.

the momentum behind this is honestly wild and super validating to see. im getting all these messages from people who lost tickets too and it just proves we arent crazy for wanting this fixed.

I was online since 4:50 and I still couldn't get tickets! Now I find they're going for more than 5 times their original price!
I was also another person who couldn't get tickets. It's really unfair that true fans work their asses off and couldn't get tickets. This is the second time is has happened to me thanks to stubhub.
The tickets were supposed to be 35$ and then stubhub buys all the tickets and sells them for 200-1000$ it's unfair & now I can't go.
ok this is ridiculous. i tried to get tickets to the connecticut show 8 minutes after they went on sale and i couldnt get them... i just want to see my idols perform and i cant afford 200 dollar tickets right now..
this sucks. 5sos expects there to be a packed show when in reality only half of the fans will end up going because the other half of the tickets went to stubhub. I can't afford their ridiculous prices!
I got on at exactly 5:02 and they were sold out, ugh!
I've been waiting forever to have them tour the us and now all the tickets are gone. GIVE US OUR TICKETS BACK

I am so mad about this!! Im not paying $100+ per ticket! I was looking for Chicago tickets and found that stubhub even had the nerve to sell some tickets for $1100.90 each!
