For several months many homeowners have expressed concern for children and the intersection of Powder Drive and Mogul Way not being a 4 way stop. Currently, traffice headed east-west observes a stop sign, while north-south does not have to stop. Since construction and new homes have now been built back there, this is a real concern. Currently, we have 22 children on Powder Drive alone that are affected by this hazard. This stop sign will make the intersection safer and will slow north-south vehicles.
