The Bush Justice Department is planning to let the FBI investigate Muslims, Arabs and other racial and ethnic minorities without any evidence of wrongdoing. This racial profiling plan is an outrageous violation of the civil rights of all Americans and is an unconstitutional deprivation of equal protection under the Fourteenth Amendment.
We the undersigned demand that Congress pass legislation forcing the Bush Administration to abide by the Constitution and stop the plan to investigate crime based on race, religion and ethnicity.
