We, the residents of Harrison respectfully request that the Town- Village Board of Harrison, withdraw their current application to modify the Project Home Run Site along the Beaver Swamp Brook and to reapply to the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation to excavate the excess fill, above and beyond the remediation project and to turn this site into its natural state as a low lying, water retention, wetland nature preserve.
