TO wit this day of Febuarary 9, 2012, We the undersigned are respectfully requesting for an injunction or relief from the relentless disruption within the community of Roll It Up (RIU). The affixed Parties believe it is in their respective best interests, pursuant to maintaining peace and avoiding conflict within the Roll It Up community, heretofore ask that the Administration take action against April Garrette, a.k.a KONAGIRL420 in hindering and stopping her ability to distrupt said community. This humiliating, intimidating or abusive behaviour which is often difficult to detect leaving no evidence other than victim reports or complaints; this can characteristically lower a person' reputation, cause distraction, and general torment. This may take the form of repeated and relentless verbal comments, engineered episodes- i.e. xKuroiTaimax Et.al agrressive actions including, but not limited to, repeated gestures and slander. Falling into this catagory is harrasment by individuals or group mobbing. We, the undersigned, urge the Adminstration to stop the aboved mentioned behavior. How many complaints must be posted, how many chances will you, the Administration- heretofore abbreviated as ADMIN.), give Konagirl420 the ability to disrupt the community. Her behavior has been on display for all to see, new-comer's and established members alike have complained about her relentless harassment. It is leaving a bad impression on "newbies" and causing alot of confusion. Moreover, it is has effectivly lowered the level of quality of RIU. Is this is the way the Administration wants to conduct themselves? In allowing such conduct, short of intentional reckless action, falls below the standard for preventing unreasonable injury. Injury can be defined, as you know, in many ways. In regard to harassment be it psychological or sociological. The use of electronic devices, including the electronic tools provided by RIU to use for cyber attacks on moderators (heretofore abbreviated as MOD.) constitutes a breach of rules. These electronic devices, when used for abuse, specifically extreme and/or coordinated efforts and events of "trolling", to a greater extent than is normal, when they occur repeatedly and aimed at targeting a single person or group of people can cause damage. The mens rea and corpus delecti can plausibly be established. These cyber attacks, stalking, and/or harassment have now possibly reached this point. If the ADMIN. cannot help us then further action might be necessary. Please do not miscontrue this as a threat in any way, we are not being aggressive just assertive. We want to forge a peaceful atmosphere, we are kindly asking the ADMIN. to broker some sort of peaceful environment and if requesting an injunction or relief from KONAGIRL420 can not be had or is not within your ability then we will exhaust every avenue to bring relief from the relentless attacks and her pursuit to tarnish people/s reputation, causing hurt and/or harm in any way either by KONAGIRL420 or by proxy- as she has done alraedy. Please any examples, proof/evidence will be furnished upon request. Some members have saved posts, e-mails, and private messages from RIU. We thank you for your time and consideration in this matter. The lack of oversight is sad. By allowing Konagirl420 to showcase her behavior and disrupt the community in the manner she has was only doing a dis-service to her. Can the ADMIN. not see or distinguish between quality members and members who beseech drama and chaos? NO, that is a real question! I have tried my level best to make it a mission of making new-comers feel welcome and, conversely, I also tried very hard to bring proof to the table that help is here. I guess that goes unnoticed. What was noticed by the ADMIN. was my reaction to her behavior. I told POTROAST I would follow his instruction and place Konagirl420 on the ignore list. Let it be said, also I told him that would be half the solution. I posses no special mental powers to forsee such things and it begs the question: why is it a suprise that this issue has been dragged out for as long as it has? I have seen, also have examples, of Mod.'s banning people for lesser offenses. So is it a case of being separate and unequal? According to POTROAST, per his pm to me, their are many mentally ill people on RIU, implying Konagirl420 gets to behave the way she did because of her claimed mental status. Although I agree she might suffer from a low emotional I.Q. it does not grant her the right to insult a MOD. and cause general chaos through out the community of RIU. There is a great many people from RIU that know I am generally a decent person and try very hard, although I fall short at times, to respect the members of RIU. This is a business for POTROAST/ADMIN. I presume. Why let the people who do not profit, monetarily, suffer while they do their hardest to recruit members for him? Each hit of the button strikes a profit which in turn pays for many things- even the web-bots and increased profit margins. I could not imagine a business model with a board of directors allowing such decay to take place without action. Make no mistake, I enjoyed, up till now, my time at RIU. Really I did. We, as members, in a way profit from the service rendered among other ways too- but when an event such as the one in which Konagirl420 started and the entity that is responsible for such services neglects to act......we all suffer. Such was the case today i.e. that poll vote (which I had NO hand in other then saying: Look let us both be banned). Really, I tried being fair...I did. If you want to ban me, and I know you will, feel free. Just ask yourself one question; how would you act in the absence of the power to ban? I have seen such transgressions by MODS. I am aware you have been inundated with private messages and reports, I also call into question that the Adminstrator will even recieve this. I hope no one intercepts this, for there is always something to be learned by mistake. Unless, of course, the Administrator is going by two handles/names.
