Please do not wait until a child is involved in an accident. If any caring parent or grandparent has backed this decision..shame on you.

No public bus going from us to school- need to change bus, icy pathes in winter,,roads already crowed, no space near school to pick up or drop off safly, to get kids safly to school so parents can work and pay taxes includ even the ones who live closer than 2 miles.council does not even know how many kids their change will affect nor whichrouts are safe to walk in winter when it is still dark, parents have children at different schoolsor still at nursery and the younger ones how to walk even more-totally unacceptable

if this goes ahead my child will not be made to walk 3 miles to and 3 back each day. my job on this earth is to protect my child and this will place him in unecessary danger. They can take me to court but weve got to take a stand .

Strongly against the idea of school children having to walk for over an hour to get to school and the same after school. Who in the Council thought up this ridiculous idea.

This effects my grandchildren and it mustn't go ahead. There is no safe walking routes for the children plus it's too far.

What are slc thinking? If they were any good at their jobs they could think of better way of cutting spends that have less impact.

Scandalous!!!! Some bureaucrat who this won't effect decides a good way to penny pinch is to punish the future generation by making it even harder for the minimum wage hard working families!!! Already costs me £50 a week to send my three kids to school so would need to add on Extra £3 per day per child!! That will be an interesting conversation to have with my teenagers!! "To get to school now guys I will have to walk 3 miles there and three miles back every day in whatever weather!!!!
