Stoppa utvisningen av Masoud Salehi & familjen / Stop the deportation of Masoud Salehi & Family

bestämde att behålla Masoud Salehi på häktet. Masoud och Mahrokh Firouzeh har ett fyraårigt barn,
Parmin, och detta orsakade att de är rädda att bli utvisade till Italien. Nu är
Mahrokh havande (med barn) och har en olämplig och farlig situation. Hennes
fyraåriga dotter har blivit psykisk sjuk på grund av pappas gripande.
EU:s domstol hade rekommenderat 2013 alla europeiska länder att inte utvisa familjer med barn till de länder som inte kan ta hand om barn på ett bra och rättvist sätt.
Migrationsverket borde ta hänsyn till dessa fakta och skulle ha granskat familjens fall enligt denna rekommendation. Istället har man arresterat mannen som en brottsling framför barnets ögon.
Vi ber Migrationsverket att sluta Masouds förvar, tillåta honom vara tillsammans med familjen och granska deras asylfall.
