I am a victim of an online predator or cyberpath . Everyday millions of vulnerable men and women are at risk on the internet to these predators . Laws need to be changed and put into place to protect adults not just children from these cyberpaths . We need a national data base of marraige licenses A data base of known Sociapaths Psychopaths and sex offenders help for people who have been conned out of money from international terrorists ie Nigerian 411 scams etc. Knowledge of how these scammers work . Please help me to help police the internet and protect vulnerable people .
