We must act now to prevent Staten Island from yet another damaging development. Our roads and communities simply cannot handle the NASCAR crowd that will overwhelmingly be drawn to our island. The moment this petition becomes powerful enough, it will be sent to the Mayer Bloomberg, Governor Pataki, Staten Island Representative Vito Fossella, Councilman James Oddo, Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton and Senator Charles E. Schumer.
