Solidarite Palestine, a duly registered non-governmental association consisting of Mauritians of different faiths and backgrounds, has the following objectives: (1) To create awareness of the situation in Palestine/Israel (2) To hold regular fund raising activities to improve the living standards of children and the population at large in Palestine (3) To promote the use of non-violent conflict resolution techniques to help end violence, hatred and discrimination in Palestine/Israel (4) To create and strengthen, through the solidarity activities described above, the bridges of understanding between the different communities in the Republic of Mauritius.
