This petition has been started to hopefully get stop lights put in at the 14th Ave and Highway 26 intersection in Scottsbluff Nebraska.  The reason we are starting this is because on the 8/28/12 four of my friends and I were involved in a car collision crossing Highway 26 from Sharis heading towards Target back to the college.  It was a first for all of us and we would like to put a stop to it by hopefully getting stop lights put in which in turn will decrease the amount of accidents that may happen there in the future if not ending it.
