Target: Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Kirksville, MO
The planning and Zoning Commission is trying to construct a 200 ft. tall Cell Phone Communications tower along the Cottage Grove St. Walking Trail in Kirksville, MO. This cell phone tower will be placed to the Northeast side of the Kelwood neighborhood, to the Southeast side of Kings-Ridge neighborhood, to the east side of the walking trail.
Recent studies show a 10-15% decrease in property value in neighborhoods located in close proximity to the cell phone towers. Other local concerns,including the unknown health risks and impacts of tower radiation also put our community at risk. Dont let the city of Kirksville aprove this plan.
By signing the following petition, I am publicly stating that I do not support this construction, and I not want this cell phone tower to be constructed in this location. (Please place your local address in the comments box)
Tell the Planning and Zoning Commission in person that you are concerned about the economic and physical health of our community by coming to the Kirksville City Council Meeting on Wednesday, April 10th to say NO to this cell phone tower construction in our community.
