Stop the INS- Deportation of Zdravko Deljevic to Bosnia. He moved to the U.S. with his mother, father, and siblings when he was five years old from Yugoslavia. the United States has been his home for almost 40 years! Deportaion Breaks Up Families: He has a daughter and aone year old grandson who are legal U.S. Citizens. He has his elderly mother and other sibliings here in the U.S. His family depends on him, for emotional and family support. He was a successful business man, starting and owning his own business. He has tons of family and friends to support him and help him obtain everything he needs to get his Green Card back, after the Government took it away and refused to let him re-new it. Now INS has held him since September 9th, 2008, taking him away from his loving family, and trying to deport him to Bosina, a country he is not even originaly from. He was living with his elderly widowed mother, the closest dependent she has in the area. She also, greatly depends on him for his help and support. He finally met his daughter after 20 years. And along with that, gained a great relationship full of unconditional love. Also, now has his only grandchild. His grandson is only one year old, and greatly loves his grandfather and they need him in their lives. And to have the possibilty of him being taken so far away after not knowing eachother for very long is horrible and divistating to all of them. PLEASE HELP. THIS IS RIPPING THEIR FAMILY APART. Please Help to keep Zdravko home in the United States with his family. He greatly needs it.
