Hydrofracking is the process in which water is pushed into the ground to extract natural gas. Along with deadly chemicals there are also thousands gallons of water sent down. The water with these deadly chemicals then enters into peoples water supply. People can not drink or even use their water when hydrofracking takes place, at risk of cancers and other serious diseases. In many cases people can even light there water on fire because of how many chemicals are in the water, these chemicals include vinylidene chloride, diammonium phosphate, distillates (petroleum) hydrotreated light and Guar gum,these can lead to very serious diseases some even deadly. Hydrofracking also excuses its self from many bills put in place to protect the environment. 

              I propose that fracking is permanently banned from the u.s. based on the impacts it has already had on the u.s.’s water supply as well as our air and the people that must live with the horror of it every day. The american people should not suffer the consequences of the greedy corporations that can only think the the profits hydrofracking has brought them. If hydrofracking is banned it will free us from the ever lasting environmental strain hydrofracking has brought. I also think that the corporations that have caused this damage fully pay for peoples water supply if needed, any health problems that were caused as a result of fracking and any property such as homes that have been damaged. This will take a huge burden off of those affected and deal with one of the biggest problems will fracking, how to help those that have already been hurt. I also propose that instead of completely giving up on energy in the u.s. and relying on foreign oil that companies and the government investigate truly natural sources of energy. like sunlight or wind power. This will benefit our economy as well as create jobs, these are the two main factors that make hydrofracking a positive thing. These things can be achieved without creating a end to our water.
