We, the residences of New York City are FED UP with the incessant and excessive horn blowing. Though it is illegal except in the case of an emergency, the law goes unenforced. We demand the Mayor Bloomberg,New York City Police, and the Taxi/Limousine commission address this issue and make New York City liveable so we may all get a good night's rest.

The honking goes on day after day yet the cars never go faster anyway. Thats the definition of mental illness right there.

In queens there is so much uncivilized people driving me crazy with their honking all day holding down the horn so obnoxiously...its about time to ticket and pullover these people for the public disturbances they are committing on a daily basis.
