President Obama: I urge you to stop all federal attempts to draft young people into mandatory health insurance coverage. I should be able to choose levels and types of health care coverage that I purchase. I should be able to choose to opt out of health insurance. I should not be penalized with fines if I decide to not purchase health care coverage. I should not be coerced into a government-mandated insurance plan which I may not need or want. Americans deserve choice of health care, and I ask that you do not expand the government's role in the health care industry. Americans deserve a choice, not a mandate. Stop the health care draft.
