To Whom It May Concern, There is an overwhelming concern about the welfare of the animals that are sold from Farmland Pets in Silverdale, Washington. The puppies are being exploited and mistreated to make a quick dollar. Many people who have visited the area have complained about the lack of proper food and water for the animals. There have been observations of puppies sleeping and living in feces and urine, in addition to extremely bad living conditions including overcrowding and neglect. The Petition signers would appreciate an investigation, as soon as possible to insure the welfare of the animals on this property.
