We have been battling Cigna for over two years. Mike had tried to return to work numerous times, but the Pyoderma kept opening leaving a tremendous extremely painful wound on his ankle. Cigna has done their best over this time to deny Mikes claim. Including, losing Dr. notes, not returning phone calls, not letting us know we were under review, lying about who is staffing Mikes case, lying about trying to contact Mikes doctors and completely ignoring Dr.'s notes.
Please sign my petition, Cigna had no problem with Mike paying into his disability for 18 years. He did not ask to be sick, he would much rather be working.

I have finalized the formal grievance letter detailing Cigna's pattern of ignoring medical documentation. We are now preparing to submit this evidence to the department of insurance to initiate a professional review of their decision-making process.

This is absolutely shameful. Insurance companies love taking your premiums but disappear the second you actually need them.
CIGNA IS THE WORST. Mike has enough to deal with without these people playing games with his health.
Disgusting behavior. They are just trying to wait him out. Do the right thing for once.
How can they ignore a doctor saying he could lose his leg? Thats plain evil.
18 years of paying into this is a joke. Cigna needs to stop acting like they know more than an actual doctor.
