This petition is asking the Fulton County\'s Chief Appraiser Burt Manning to stop the unfair and unprincipled use of using mortgage fraud sales to appraise. This type of appraising hurts our community by over taxing families and homes. It stifles future sales while it creates a rampant lack of uniformity in appraised values. Mr. Manning is using these fraudulent and artificially valued sales to \'piggy back\' off of to create unjustified values on other homes. Further Mr. Manning\'s edict of not using subsequent forecloser sales as market value is not supported by statute and is out of touch with the current market.
