I know piracy is bad and all but it shouldn't be illegal to write Fanfics and fanart. This is just crazy

If this ideologically dangerous bill is allowed to pass, it will destroy the internet, collapse the global economy, and very possibly destroy lives.
Find. Another. Way.

This violates our rights to speak, write, draw, or do anything that involves a video game, books, movies, TV shows, bands, and any other source of entertainment. This needs to stop.

If SOPA is passed, that means no fanfiction, I won't be able to do my fanart website I've been working on, and my life is pretty much over. Although we use TV programmes/books for our own purposes, at what point does anyone claim to own them?

Seriously? I love writing fanfiction. But I ALWAYS ALWAYS make sure to leave a disclaimer. I'm not saying, " Oh, look, I made up Percy Jackson." NOPE. We just read the books, love the books, write fanfictions. SERIOUSLY? I see no reason why we should stop this.

This won't stop piracy! It will just tear down major sites like YouTube and Twitter along with small personal websites. I NEED MY YOUTUBE! But with that aside, this act will destroy almost every website along with jobs.

I am an avid roleplayer, and if this bill gets passed it would mean the end of a pass time I greatly enjoy. I will not allow this right to be repressed!

As a fangirl who loves fanart and fanfiction, this would be life ruining.
