S.O.P.A. and P.I.P.A. are too extreme to be only against piracy. This makes me suspicious of widespread corporate censorship, as this bill is being funded by at least one music company.

To express how much you enjoy of a copyrighted work with a story, a drawing, a video or other kind of media is not piracy!! What you're trying to do is to shut the voices of the people! Only to protect the interest of a business minority. This is nonsense!! You can't control the internet and that's why this media has revolutionated society!! Stop SOPA and its descendants!!!

I believe that on internet the people can do what ever they wish to do with there video's, fanfics, and/or fan art. I find nothing wrong with any of this. People are doing this because they love their idol, and if I were their idol or someone famous I would be lucky to have fans who actually care about me. I love to go on YouTube and watch other post videos of their favorite artists or actor. And to go on there and to see all these things I bet it means a lot to these wonderful celebrities. And whatever people post on the Internet is most likely because they want it there.

I will be absolutely devastated if they shut down fanfiction and Deviantart. It's an expression of freedom and imagination! STOP SOPA!

Do NOT take our opportunity to express ourselves through writing. And it's not like we're trying to gain profit from this. To us, this is a way to have a little fun. It also allows us to make friends internationally. Don't take that.
