Stop Campaign Deep Pockets!! -- Use Money for Economy

In the United States of America, the jobless rate keeps rising, families are losing their homes, cars are being repossessed, the basics of life such as food and shelter are severely threatened. Yet, we continue to invest billions of dollars in other countries (which we should help, but there should be a balance which doesn't allow Americans to suffer so extremely) , the wealthy spend more on their pets and artwork than the average person earns in a year; the stimulus mainly helped the banks and big business; and our politicians continue to SPEND MILLIONS (one candidate alone recently spent over $160 Million to run for the governor's office - how many jobs would that have created?) to get the votes of the poor, homeless, jobless and disenfranchised. There are many ways that the country operates in illogic: 1) Criminal's fates are decided based on their personal status and wealth factor rather than the MERIT of their case; teachers who are responsible for the education and training of our most precious gems -- our children -- are some of the lowest paid wage earners; political candidates, who proclaim to represent the people, spend millions of dollars to run a campaign race while the public can't afford to put food on their table!! (LOGIC seems to mean "Lack of Government Interest in Citizens".)-- Where does it stop? IT STOPS HERE!! Citizens: Unemployed, Homeless, Hungry, Disenfranchised, Hopeless -- let's unify and become empowered to get our country "back to the basics" in these dire times! Let's show Washington our disdane at the WASTE OF MONEY on things that DON'T COUNT!! Let's tell them that: 1) "NO MORE MONEY BE SPENT ON CAMPAIGNS", but let that money go to needy citizens and support services until we find our way out of this recession, 2) They need to have politicians simplify their campaigns and having a maximum of three public debates to let the public hear their message. 3) The need to set a REASONABLE and EQUITABLE dollar limit to campaign spending. 4) WE THE CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES, will REFUSE TO VOTE at in the next general election in 2012 for any candidate that uses a ridiculous amount of money for campaign spending. (A candidate that applies their money directly to public services that generate jobs and help people recover will be looked upon more favorably.) So, let's make them hear us in Washington and "STOP CAMPAIGN WASTE" by REFUSING TO VOTE unless politicians use their money to pour into the economy rather than pour into advertisement!
