When I was in high school in the early 2000’s, we actually learned history. It’s the responsibility of the parent to raise there kids, not the schools or the government. Parents should know what’s best for their children not the government. This is a clear overreach of power and indoctrination. My child doesn’t understand why she is made to feel like she is responsible for a tarnished point in American history when she doesn’t see color but an individuals character. We should be teaching, don’t judge a book by its cover but by the character that is exhibited. But again, this is the parents responsibility. History needs to be taught, interpreted and understood through the view point of the people of the particular time period and not the perspective of today. We have moved far beyond the days of slavery and the opportunities afforded to all students are available. It’s unfortunate for a lot of students but the truth is the lack of parenting and emphasis on education is a root cause for students not advancing further in life. The lack of parenting and cultural influences that glorify thug life and sexually explicit content are another root cause for today’s problems. Parents that don’t monitor there children’s phones or would rather let the internet raise their kid because being a parent is too much of a burden to their life are the problem. Individuals that exhibit racist tendencies in adulthood are rooted out by today’s workplace standards because of the federal class protections afforded to all Americans. So tell me why we are indoctrinating and breeding a radical, racial divide amongst our youth. Why is everything about black and white. The last I checked, there are many different cultures and races that have all contributed to our great country. Why do we not teach the message of Martin Luther King Jr anyone in our public schools? Judge a person by their character and not by the color of there skin. I fear the future of my country I so love.

This is a very dangerous curriculum and indoctrination that our children are experiencing. We had grown out of this mentality 50 years ago. Now, we are back pedaling to where people are solely judged by their skin color. Enough of the "victim vs oppressor" false narrative.

This theory further divides races. I feel it is a violation of civil rights. Should not be forced on teachers or students..Marxist thinking.

I believe there is individual racism but pushing this racist agenda is a move to keep our country divided for the benefit of political means and of course connected to money.

Divisive and hate inducing Marxist propaganda has no place in our peaceful communities.

I feel it is immensely inappropriate to force our children to such rhetoric. If my faith beliefs cannot be in school then this level of degradation should stay home too.

This tpe of training is evil. It is wrong and immoral. Everyone is an American, if they are a legal citizen. Noone should be made to feel inferior. MLK worked hard to Express his dream, let's keep it that way!

Marxism will not help minorities or people with disabilities. Marx was a lazy man who just wanted mommy and daddy government to pay his living expenses all his life when his real parents and in laws cut him off. Oh, he was white. He wanted to expand white priveledge.

"Critical Race Theory" the name makes it sound like such an intellectual, rational theory. The reality is it creates division and almost an obsession with an external factor that none of us can control: the skin tone we were born with.

This so wrong - teaching should be about equality and helping those in need, being good citizens. It should not be putting people in buckets and stereotyping. The fight of those before, Rose Parks, MLK, Susan B. Anthony etc. were all about equality. Teaching should be all are created equal like the bible and the constitution state.
