We, the undersigned residents of Edgewater, in order to preserve and improve the quality of life in our neighborhood, urge that: Alderman Smith join in full solidarity with the following condo associations in opposition of the proposed 5440 N Sheridan project: Denifer Condominium Association (1038-1052 W. Balmoral), 1138 W. Catalpa Condo Association, the Renaissance Association (5510 N. Sheridan), 5453-55 Kenmore Condo association, Kenlake Condo Association (5445 N Kenmore, Edgewater Beach (5555 N. Sheridan), Edgewater Plaza (5455 N. Sheridan); Zoning & Planning representatives vote in accordance with our opposition to this project; All future development on Sheridan Road be subject to the 2005 Sheridan Road Downzoning.
