We must stop giving our information and data on which we work so hard, so easily to Zillow which is now threatening our very existence. Stop giving our data to Zillow.

Stop giving our MLS feed to Zillow. We as Realtors work very hard to obtain comparable and list a house at the appropriate price. We spend time and money on preparing the listing by taking numerous photographs, staging the property and then...Zillow copies our listings and misinforms consumers on the true property value and end up being the "preferred search engine." This needs to stop. We control our data.. why are we giving it to Zillow?

Zillow will NOT be able to provide service like us Realtors..heard Zillow is being sued by some homeowners on the Zestimate they provide which is way off than their actual market value..maybe we should stop feeding our listings to Zillow?

Zillow made $690,050,000.00 in 2016 off the listings provided to them by Real Estate Agents. They are taking our data and selling it back to the agents! THIS MUST STOP!!!

You need vetted, trained realtors to work with people in this industry. It is personalized and requires building a relationship. Zillow can not do that!
