Zillow needs to be stopped, changes need to be made and agents need to stop paying Zillow... and hopefully NAR doesn't have their hands "mixed in the money bags of Zillow" and steps up to do something and really represent their own. Zillow needs to be shut down!

I just got my license and have figured that it won't be good for long if you don't do something about Zillow and other online Real Estate Companies, please don't give them our MLS listings what is the point of me getting my license and joining the MLS if you are giving it away to everyone out there.

There is a STRONGER petition with more backing to be found at STOPZILLOW.com
I am not affiliated directly with the site but it is being widely promoted and has strong backing nearly 23,000 signatures in about 2 weeks please spread the word through all social media sites, to other real estate professionals, lenders, lawyers as well as past clients and family members.
The stopzillow.com site was started by Greg Hague and has received support from many other real estate authorities including Kevin Ward. Thanks Please spread the word

I'm concerned that property owners will be taken advantage of by the big-money hedge funds, and lose the money that they have invested in their properties. Zillow cannot effectively represent property owners in local markets - it still struggles with even being accurate regarding market values. There is no way it can ensure that the property owners are properly represented.
