If you have been to a professional sporting event in Pittsburgh, you have without a doubt experienced the Ric Flair-esque "woo". It is funny/entertaining for about 10 seconds, and then it is annoying as can be.

This petition is to STOP people from doing it during a sport outing. If you are annoyed as I am with it, you will join me and sign this. I don't care if they kick people out for doing it, but it NEEDS to stop.
