I'm in sec. 17 and yes we didn't get hit by the tornado but I think the association is trying to pull a fast one on us. It's bad enough that the people that got hit has to cleanup there own lots and pay for dumpsters out of pocket when the governor claim Woodhaven a state of disaster. I for sure won't pay

This would be totally unfair. We do not even need a new bait shop. The one we have is fine this is a campground , making everything "commercial" looking is taking away from the rustic feel. Including the new signs.

Due to the catastrophic event in June, consideration should be givin to diverting the bait shop rebuild, saving it for a later date.
It would be unconscionable at this time to impose a financial hardship on property owners
Unless it is to cause a large portion of property owners to abandon their lots.

We pay $1100 a year by 6500 properties? Hell no I'm not paying an extra assessment. I'm sure they have enough to cover their ass!!

Absolutely no assessment. Stop all bait shop, pool, and any other improvements until this bill is paid. I can not afford any more expenses here. This has cost me what little savings I had and I am not done yet. Next will be to put up for sale. I love woodhaven please do not force me out.

I have already paid the annual assessment. I do not wish to have the burden of another assessment. I carry insurance on my trailer. I would like Woodhaven to make use of the insurance that they carry instead of charging property owners another assessment.

I believe Woodhaven needs to use available funds set aside for imorovements to assist the property owners at this time rather than get the property owners to assist Woodhaven. The funds that are available for other things are actually funds that have been paid by the property owners. My fear is that people might be so far under from this disaster that they may walk away from their properties and let them go to tax sales because they just do not have the ability to re-establish themselves. Therefore I feel it would be unwise for the association to add an additional financial burden to the property owners at this time. Thank you.
