i feel bad for the people that have a lot of damage , but we are having a hard time affording our dues now . So I vote no .

They charge to much for everything else, why have a fund for this. Ticket for this ticket for that,. They should have funds for this kind of disaster in the first place. Bad management.

Please do not do this! We didn't have insurance on our property and we're still trying to figure out how to pay for damages. It would be an insult to injury to hurt property owners this way

Exactly! No one has the extra money!!!! I just spent over $1000.00 on the damages I had to fix due to the tornado!!! No way!

I believe a special assessment now will cause much hardship and perhaps force some to leave instead of staying and rebuilding which may ultimately hurt our Association. Perhaps down the road a special assessment can be revisited.
