I live in the south-east corner of Pickerington and hear the interference from WINF. In fact, I can hear WINF clearer than I hear WSAX at my location. How can that be if the low power station is geographically further away from me than WSAX? I tune in to WSAX because I want to listen to jazz; if I wanted to listen to other stations, then I would tune in to those other stations. This is a request for the FCC to investigate why I can hear interference from a WINF.
Respectfully submitted,
Frank Thielman

The station is overpowered in Dublin, Ohio. Traveling from Columbus it starts to get bad around the twin tanks near Sawmill Rd on I-270.

WINF appears to be broadcasting with a much stronger signal than it should be able to. I have heard WINF overpowering WSAX around points #5, 7 and 8 on the map, and interfering around #9, 13 and 17. I hope the FCC can investigate and end the problems hampering reception of WSAX, a valuable resource for the local jazz community and the general area population.

The FCC should investigate WINF-LP. We are unable to get a clear signal for WSAX-LP and this could be the reason

The Delaware WINF-LP broadcast can be heard further than its FCC license allows. It can be heard well through Columbus and tremendously interferes with the WSAX-LP broadcast. WINF-LP has a history of overpowering or using techniques to increase the reach of their broadcast signal. The FCC should investigate WINF-LP to determine whether they are properly owned and whether they are violating low power FM rules.
