The broadcast signal of our new 24 hour Columbus radio station, 98.5 FM, WSAX-LP is being significantly interfered with by the Delaware station, WINF-LP that uses the same 98.5 frequency. The WINF broadcast is not supposed to be heard in Columbus yet, it overpowers and interferes with our Jazz 98.5 broadcast. Please sign our petition to help us tell the FCC and end the interference so that our new 24 hour jazz station can clearly be heard in the Columbus area as defined by our FCC license. Thank you

I have been spending my nights listening to the static where our jazz music should be and it is heartbreaking to know so many of you are experiencing the same frustration. My team is currently compiling formal documentation of these illegal signal overlaps to hand directly to the FCC regulators. We deserve to have our station heard clearly across the city as our license dictates.

I started this because I could not bear the thought of our community losing the soul of Jazz 98.5 to a technical error. Seeing this momentum grow proves that I am not the only one fighting for our station to be heard clearly again.

It is extremely timely that this petition is going on now, this month / April is "Jazz Appreciation Month" and I would be very much appreciate if I could enjoy the jazz from WSAX-LP and not the interfere from WINF-LP when I tune in to 98.5 in my car or my home.
I support WSAX 98.5. There is unnecessary interference that must stop! As a small business owner who broadcasts spots on 98.5 FM, the interference diminishes the reach to my clients who regularly listen to station for the superb, 24hr jazz programming. Thank you for resolving this issue. It is unfair.
It's really aggravating not being able to drive north of Easton on 270 and loose the station to the Delaware station. My father moved back to town and was very excited to have a jazz station however he lives at 23 and 270 (Franklin County) but only gets the Delaware station.
I sometimes get interference from WIN-LP while listening to WSAX-LP in my home in Southeast Columbus(Berwick). This is very far from Delaware!
WINF appears to be broadcasting with a much stronger signal than it should be able to. I have heard WINF overpowering WSAX around points #5, 7 and 8 on the map, and interfering around #9, 13 and 17. I hope the FCC can investigate and end the problems hampering reception of WSAX, a valuable resource for the local jazz community and the general area population.

I can hear winf from the sw side of Columbus all the way up through Dublin. I want to be able to hear my jazz music.

WINF-LP is clearly overpowering or over extending their broadcast signal and both they and perhaps the FCC should be ashamed of not having taken steps to control this behavior and obvious violation of the law, whether morally, ethically right or just in the case of not being neighborly and respectful.
