Fence or place railings and stern warnings signs of Dangers. Life buys and water safety floaters attached to the rails.

I go there often to bass fish. The gate was shut and concrete blocks were across it. It's the easiest access to the river by kayak

More needs to be done to show the dangers of the river near Windsor. Better signage and warning signs to show the dangers of this unpredictable waterway.

This place is deemed as a “black spot” there needs to be at least some sort of signage to make people aware of the danger that lies beneath. And the council needs to make a list of such black spots so there is a document available for people to look up when they are choosing / researching a picnic spot . Can there be a red and a green light system/ colour coding that is making people aware of these dangers. Many lives could have been saved and can be saved if there is proper fencing / signage warning.

I've lived in the Hawkesbury for over a decade now, and every single year we hear of at least 3-6 deaths in that part of the river. Hawkesbury Council have been extremely flippant about this issue and it's absolutely not good enough! Something needs to be done to prevent these regular deaths.

Warnings about the risks of swimming in a river with tidal flow, currents, added danger after severe floods, with invisible hazards

The word 'beach' has been coined by locals. It is not a beach. I want to see more signage and more education. I would also like to see the public taking some responsibility because this is a dangerous spot.
