I live at the end of Phelips road and the last thing I want is traffic wizzing past my front door and the beautiful countryside to disappear so we can have a housing estate on our doorstep.

Having reviewed the options I do not believe the West Sumners option is the right choice. I do not want to see the woodland and countryside destroyed, and do not believe there is sufficient infrastructure in place to accommodate such large development.

I feel the increase in traffic would cause many problems, these were country roads, Hoddesdon is causing many problems already with all the industrial area which has been built.
Locally the hospital and Doctors would not be able to cope.
The area is Green Belt which is shrinking all the time. This ancient woodland and countryside needs not to be destroyed by developers
The woodland is home to many animals and this would be terrible to destroy.
This area is under increasing challenges and I feel enough is enough
We need open places for our children and future generations.

This is wrong as should be built elsewhere or not at all. Harlow has enough new homes being built!

To much traffic goes pass my house already, we don't want any more.

I don't believe in developing on green belt land. Our local wildlife is already under stress. It's also already a nightmare trying to get to work in the mornings !
