I work at this location and it's bumper to bumper traffic every day starting at around 4 PM. The last thing we need is a 51 unit residential building.

Sorry I can't make to the hearing. I have lived in the area nearly 20 years. This proposal for51 units will cause more traffic nightmares for an area already pushed to the limit!

51 units? I can't even fathom how'd they squeeze all of that onto that tiny plot of land. Parking will definitely become a nightmare, and this whole area becomes congested enough as it is from 8-10 am and 4-7 pm because of the nearby 405 onramp. Strike this one down, and build a Chik-Fil-A or Chipotle there instead.

I'll consider if they make all the pay to park lots free. Until then, its hard enough to find parking as it is.

I am for honest and sincere urban planning, not this type of profit and run concept. This already an impossible area to navigate from mid afternoon until late evening.

With this development, West LA residents will literally live in a perpetual shadow of development, with few qualities of a walkable neighborhood.

The over-congestion of living space by massive and cheap buildings on small plots like this will only serve to diminish property values, increase traffic and pollution in our beautiful city by the beach and over-populate Santa Monica. Santa Monica will loose out if more and more buildings like this become the norm. Protect this community!

I agree this building project is too high up,
