When thousands of health care providers are putting their lives at risk on the front lines to fight the deadly Covid-19 pandemic, it is heartbreaking to see incidents of violence against doctors in India. It has to stop now. The Indian Medical Association has declared Wednesday April 22, 2020 as a day to show solidarity with the health care providers by lighting candles and hold vigils at 9 pm IST.
