This petition is designed to provide a voice for all of those who have lost someone close to the or that they have cared about on North College Road in Wilmington NC. This road has claimed more than ten lives in the past ten years. The specific stretch of roadway between Murryville and Castle Hayne is poorly lit, has very few stop lights, and has become riddled with individuals who do not pay attention as a result. Most lives taken on this road are under the age of 25. Please do this now before we have to weather anymore needlessly lost lives.
