CNN and other news websites are using that one hideous picture of SNSD from their Girls&Peace days. In the photo, SNSD is wearing full-body pink outfits (except Yuri) and Western media outlets are consistently using that one photo to represent Girls' Generation whenever they talk about their YTMA win. We believe the attempt to use this photo is a way to subtly make a caricature out of SNSD and to represent them in a questionable and possibly negative way. Most SNSD and K-pop fans are aware there are tons of more presentable photos yet these media outlets consistently use that same photo. This petition is for CNN, NBC, and other news outlets reporting on the YTMA AND on SNSD to stop using that photo and to Google search without bias.
