My daughter says I don't want my road to be a motorway (busy) every time there is a problem on the a120 so no more houses please! Sort the a120 out.

To consider building even 1 house with the current infrastructure is madness! Do those involved even live in this area and use the A120, A12, schools, doctors etc etc. Obviously not as you would not even consider contributing to the current misery.

The arrogant profligacy of these people is jaw dropping. There seems a clear conflict of interest here which ought to be investigated.

Inspectors are say NO. Local people are saying NO. Which bit of NO do the Councillors who are still pursuing this do not understand.

This is a further example of spending by our councils on misguided projects and fails to address fundamental infrastructure problems in our area

Maybe the money would be better used repairing the A12 slip road southbound at Marks Tey. Sooner or later there will be a serious accident here as a car or lorry swerves to avoid the many huge holes. There are so many basics that need sorting !

Enough, this is a failed project. In a time of extreme austerity we must not waste more money on it.
The councils need to listen- for a change!

Stop this absurd housing project now - there are much more deserving causes that the £300,000 should go to!

I support this petition. Funds for the New Homes Bonus must not be used to fund the Garden Communities Limited company!

It's about time that certain of our local politicians started listening to their electorate - and not the wishes of their true masters in London.
