On June 27, 2018 the Saratoga Home Owners Association Annual Meeting was held at the Lions Club in Mount Pleasant, NC. An HOA Board Director hired a Deputy from the Sheriff's department to ensure a homeowner with PTSD is controlled during the meeting. The Deputy stood at the back of the room during the entire meeting, and escorted the Director to her vehicle afterward. The protection was for this specific person using HOA funds.
As fellow home owners in the Saratoga community we were unaware of this transaction prior to this meeting, and was alarmed $60 of our funds would be used for personal security without our prior knowledge or approval. The 'home owner with PTSD' is a contributing member of this community and lives in peace with all neighbors. He is a combat injured veteran with PTSD and has shown no signs of aggression or violence to the families within the community. We did not need protection from this home owner at the meeting. We believe the HOA board of Directors discriminated against this family by using his disabilities to further push their agenda of harassment and retaliation on this home owner.
We stand with Tintu Parameswar and his family.

I fully support Tintu and have never experienced any aggressive or dangerous behavior in my many dealings with him. I cannot say the same for those accusing him of aggressive behavior. My wife, my friends and I have been cussed out numerous times by Neal Choquette and I fully believe his accusations against Tintu are to cover his own aggressive behavior.

The server stopped responding when trying to complete the Ipetition I can’t say enough of what a great beautiful family Tintu , Dona and their children are.They have been disrespected,harassed , property damaged and verbally abused my Neil and Gary since they moved into Saratoga and have no right to treat this family and decorated Verteren as they continue too do . Tintu is a kind man and I have know him since first day in our community I never seen him angry or aggressive in any way. Neil and Gary on the other hand have been angry,aggressive,stalkers,miserable, Bullies,Liars, and have made our whole community and neighbors feel threatened in many ways ,even all our children feel afraid to go outside when they are in our community. We need our communities quality of life to be Pleasant and Welcoming. I am standing with Tintu every step of the way with regard to his innocence . We need the current HOA board and Neal to leave us all alone and (Stand Down). Thank You Sharon Kerr
Dona Please note the comments below for your Petition Neal has significant anger issues with any of the current residents depending on whether his decision to honor the Sales amenities offered He usually has retribution's through the HOA and if that doesn’t seem to work, he and his brother Gary, will entrap people in some ridiculous lawnsuit Tintu Paramswear and family are fine people and he is a destinguished veteran with honor Neal has proven to be racist and violent with this last effort of driving a bulldozer through this families property on a Sunday morning as an insult to the no contact offered by the homeowners and attorneys Neal is a disgrace to an American citizenship and should be recognized as such and Dept with accordingly through the courts Anything less than an exhonoration of Tintu and full prosecution of Neal should be considered an insult to the American way and Quality of life expected in this country I have no problem testifying on behalf of Tintu and his family as to their disposition and assets to the community as a whole Thanks, Ron Kerr
We are grateful to have the Parameswar family for our neighbors. Tintu has always been kind and curteous. We are lucky to call them neighbors.
We are lucky to call the Parameswar family our neighbors and have them in this community. They have been nothing but kind and curteous.
I have had many encounters with Tintu and his family and they are nothing but kind to me. I enjoy having them and trust them as neighbors. Can not same the same for the developers or HOA board.
My interactions with the Parameswar family have been nothing but courteous, pleasant, and kind. We are lucky to call them neighbors.

I do not agree that the $60 for private security should be paid with the homeowners funds. I don't believe the expense was warranted.
