This may not affect all of you directly, but President Donald J. Trump has announced that his 2018 budget plan will cut funding for Great Lakes protection programs. To just suddenly say that you want to cut funding for the protection of the backbone of the economy of the entire Great Lakes Region, President Trump, is to say that you might not care about the livelihood of many people within the region.
