He took 3 innocent lives caused a tremendous amount of pain and suffering for the families so NO he should not be released he should spend the rest of his life behind bars where he belongs.i myself have a sister that was murdered that sob is soon to come up for parole as well may god be with the familes and enough people sign this petition keep him locked away when the time comes me and my family will do everything we can to keep Larry Ray Bowling locked up as well
