Please do not release a convicted murder on our streets. Two life sentences does not mean 30 years. Should I or anyone else who signs this petition, not to exclude relatives, be harmed by the hands of this murderer, the State of Georgia and Parole Board will be sued. What is the point of a jury if your not going to abide by their sentences?

Please treat this as if the victims were your own children. This heinous crime destroyed lives and continues to do so to this day. Life sentences should be just that--sentenced for his natural life.

He should have to serve his complete sentence! He took the lives of three young men that could have gone on to do great things. He don't deserve to be out!

I think its ludicrous to release known killers back on the street!! What is wrong with the prison systems??!!
Ppl never want to stop this insane way of doing things,, until it happens to them!!
I my self and my family has had to deal with this kind of pain for along time ,, Thomas Franklin Swann was given a life sentence plus 5 yrs for the murder of my brother,, tom swann had a long line of prior convictions,, when he was released to the work program no contacted me,, when he was released to walk the streets ,,no one contacted me,, I tried to keep him in prison and had a warrent hearing in Dalton, ga. For harassment,, can you believe that? I went and faced him in court,, and they treated him like he was the victim!! Now what kind of justice is that!! Plz don't make the same mistake again by letting this man out!! It could backfire on you!! I think the board of pardon and paroles needs some inside investigation!! And the public needs to know how they do things!! Sincerlery Pam Cochran,,
