Travel agents soon take your hard earned cash for a holiday that you have been looking forward to. Once they have done that they change the flights, and hotel, conning you with policy that they say they have adhered to. The customer is just a walking money outlet, the travel agents appear to receive training on how to be as rude as possible at all times, omitting what matters to you correct information leaving the customer confused, bewildered and stressed all of which you do not need before the holiday. I say this has to stop, we all deserve better, they need to have a duty to their customers and not treat them as money fodder.
