I can't believe how this company has taken our peace from our community the towing needs to stop. Who is calling them and why ?shame on those people that are making money out of people that work hard

We as home owners have to get together and go to the next board election and vote to remove the current board. I understand they might think they are doing the best for the community, but they have lost their ways since they do not interact with the community in other words they think they are the community. If you have had the opportunity to go to one of the meetings you would know how arrogant and full of power (in their minds) these people have become. I completely agree with "No more towing" and adding visitor parking spaces. But we also need to be more involved actively with the decision making. If you Homeowner agree in going together as a block and get a new board elected please send me an email to [email protected]. We need to get organized. Thank you to whoever took the time and had this awesome initiative.

This situation is unfair for the residents of the community. At any time, any day of the week your car or your visitors car can be town even when we are owner of the property and we take care of the grass. Please this need to stop

My brother lives in this association and it’s unfair that they have no visitor parking at all. The parking at the pool is not for visitors as I’ve seen cars get towed from there as well. My sister-in-law was in the hospital and no one was home to move her car and her car was towed, we even showed them the hospital papers and they did not care. It’s unfair to have no visitor parking whatsoever and then have your car your own car towed from your own property because you’re parked on the grass that you upkeep yourself because the community does not even take care of landscaping which makes no sense as to why they cate whether you park on the grass or not. I’ve seen multiple tow trucks parked in the shipping center down the street just waiting to make their next round. I visit my brothers house multiple times a week to babysit my nieces and last week they were towing the neighbors car as I was leaving and there was another tow truck lined up right behind them ready to take my car that was not even parked on the grass, it was parked parallel to the house in the driveway.

My car has been towed several times for being parked on the grass in my daughters own property! If you are going to have such strict towing laws then you need to find a way to build a designated area for visitor parking. It is no longer about protecting the residents but instead a way to make more money of them in their own property. It has become a business and it is not fair for the home owners to have to go through this when they pay HOA fees and taxes.

In the Medaws comunnmity live midle class people so, it is cruelty to have a tow instead of watch a crime take visitors cars to earn money.

As the sister of a homeowner in the association, I have been towed several times in her privarte property. I was parked on my sisters property and not on the association grass nor street and still have been towed in less that 15 minutes when picking up my son after work. It is more of a business and a way to get easy money. I as well live in an association but things like this do not happen, they actually care for their residents. The meadows is taking advantage and it is not fair!
