Not only the points that are listed in this petition, but the addition of asphalt at this location will create more runoff which is an issue in an area that is already prone to flooding, not to mention they will have to put in a septic system near the existing water wells. Building anything at the current location is not smart, practical, or safe.

The main problem is LaGuna Tres has private roads and Tommy's does not have permission to use them. We stand by this position and have no plans to allow Tommy's use of them. There have been several accidents and deaths that have occurred at our two entrances, we do not need additional traffic.

This is an awful location for a gas station for the reasons listed. Plus, the turnouts onto 51 are already difficult and dangerous due to increased traffic, this will create another issue of blocking sight. They won’t be able to widen the road because it’s so close to the bridge. This will be a disaster for all residents of Laguna Tres.

We do not want the extra traffic to an already unsafe intersection as well as the underground tanks by our water source.

Opposed to any underground tanks within that close of a distance to our drinking water source. Also opposed due to their utter lack of upkeep of other locations, our pristine neighborhood does not need an unkept eyesore that draws in unwanted traffic and potential fire hazards at the entrance to our neighborhood.

The entrance to our subdivision is already plagued with frequent accidents. We have no turning lane or signage to slow or stop traffic. This will become a serious driving hazard and safety problem.
