Its a total scam. Tried getting tickets for ed sheeran and they were gone in seconds only to pop up on resale sites for 400 quid. Absolute joke.

Several times unable to get tickets even in presales... It's a joke. When you finally do get a set of tickets they are the most expensive tickets available..

I didn't miss out on tickets but I know a lot of people that missed out on tickets that can't afford too pay the ridiculous price on the ticketmaster site. My tickets cost £137.00 each but on ticket masters sister site they are more than double the price.
