Ever tried cancelling your holiday booking when circumstances beyond your control have happened and your Tour Operator refuses you a cancellation hiding behind Terms and Conditions and/or The Foreign & Commonwealth Office's advice?
My case involves wanting to cancel as my children had seen the news about the terrorist attack in Tunisia where we went last year with Thomson. They do not want to go anymore & I've tried explaining this & surprise, surprise, they keep spouting the t&c's etc.
