I want to know why the RSPCA is still allowing this person or persons to continue to keep and breed cats and other animals. Monitoring is a term I use very loosely when I think of cases like James Gray, Rachelle Peel, David Grant (farmer) and more recently Annette Nally who even had RSPCA foster horses in her care! I hope this one involving the cats doesn’t become another embarassment for the organisation.

It’s deemed true....it’s very well known in Norwich that house sells bikes and all sorts .. so sign away people animals deserve respect

This guy shouldn't be allowed to have any animals. There have been so many of his animals put to sleep due to him not looking after them, not to mention the squalid conditions they're kept in!

When we got our kitten there was two in a rabbits hutch with dog food we could only afford one but the other looked so poorly the man could hardly walk either. We had to spend over £100 on our kitten to save him

I purchased 2 kittens from this guy years ago (before I knew about all this!) and one of the kittens was barely breathing by the time we got him home. Rushed to the vets but was too late. Vet was almost certain it was a heart defect
