This man has been doing this for years. Stopped once years ago to look at his plants for sale and my kids spotted kittens, cats, rabbits, Guinea pigs. All in discusting dirty cages. So sad it is still going on.

Horrified at what is going on here. It’s morally wrong and has to be stopped. Breaks my heart. Thankfully there are people who care enough to do something about it.
