There's a man selling and over breeding cats,and other various animals. They are kept in awful conditions in cages in open sheds, hardly any had fresh drinking water or food or shelter from the heat. Most of his cats are ferrel and left to breed for money, we have caught and rescued 1 kitten which is in awful condition and currently having tests. We need too stop this man from breeding anymore animals and left in awful conditions, He's been doing this for many years and rspca are yet to do anything about this.
